Welcome to Triangle Moving Bin Rental, L.L.C. ("Triangle Moving Bins"), By using our website or renting our moving bins and related equipment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
 

1. About Us

• At Triangle Moving Bins we provide reusable moving bin rentals and related moving supplies to customers throughout the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.

2. Eligibility

     To rent our equipment, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate contact and payment information.

• Be authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Reservations

• Reservations are subject to equipment availability.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation due to equipment shortages, payment issues, safety concerns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Rental Period

• Your rental begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends when all rented equipment is available for pickup by Triangle Moving Bins.

• Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon location and time.

• Additional rental days may be charged if equipment is not available for pickup as scheduled.

5. Delivery and Pickup

     Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and pickup addresses.

• Ensure safe access for our delivery personnel.

• Have bins empty and ready for pickup.

• Keep pets secured during delivery and pickup.

• Notify us promptly if delivery or pickup instructions change.

• If we are unable to complete delivery or pickup due to customer error or inaccessible property, additional service fees may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

     Customers are responsible for protecting all rented equipment while it is in their possession.

     Equipment must not be:

• Used for commercial storage without prior approval.

• Left unsecured in public areas.

• Modified, painted, drilled, or altered.

• Used to transport hazardous, flammable, illegal, or dangerous materials.

• Exposed to excessive heat, fire, or chemicals.

     Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Loss or Damage

     Customers agree to reimburse Triangle Bin Rentals for equipment that is:

• Lost

• Stolen

• Destroyed

• Damaged beyond normal wear

     Replacement charges may include:

• Moving bins

• Dollies

• Labels

• Security ties

• Other rented equipment

     Damage fees will reflect the reasonable cost to repair or replace the equipment.

8. Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due seven days before the scheduled delivery date.

• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

• By providing payment information, you authorize Triangle Moving Bins to charge applicable rental fees, late fees, damage charges, replacement costs, and any authorized additional services.

9. Late Returns

• Equipment not available for pickup on the scheduled date may incur additional daily rental charges until all items have been recovered.

• Repeated failure to return equipment may result in collection efforts, legal action or replacement costs charged to customer.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

• See FAQ section for current cancellation and refund policy.

• If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive a refund of any prepaid rental fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

     To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Damage to personal property placed inside rented moving bins

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or emergencies

• Missed moving deadlines

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• Lost profits or business interruption

     Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.

12. Customer Indemnification

      Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Triangle Moving Bins, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of rented equipment

• Customer negligence

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions

• Injury or property damage occurring while equipment is in the customer's possession

13. Website Use

      You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems.

• Interfere with website operation.

• Upload malicious software.

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.

     We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access for violations of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, and designs, is the property of Triangle Moving Bins unless otherwise noted.

• No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

15. Privacy

• Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

      Triangle Moving Bins shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Flooding

• Hurricanes

• Fire

• Power outages

• Government actions

• Labor disruptions

• Vehicle breakdowns

• Natural disasters

17. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

18. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

• Continued use of our website or rental services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
